HOW TO ISSUE A CREDIT IN PC CHARGE

1. Open your PC Charge interface by double clicking on the green dollar sign icon at the bottom right of your screen
2. Login with your Username and Password.
3. Click the 'Sale' button in the top left corner.
4. This window is where you will choose from the first two tabs (Sale, Credit) on the top of the page. Click the desired tab.
5. Enter known information. Required fields are:
   Card Number
   Expiration Date
   Amount
6. Click process to process the payment.
